Connect a Salla store to Linkit once, then install Salla Inventory, Orders & Fulfillment, Promotions, Store Insights & Control, Catalog, Customers and Questions & Reviews on it — no API keys, no webhook URLs.
Salla
Linkit connects to Salla through the Linkit app in the Salla App Store. Salla hands the store's access to Linkit by itself when you install it, so there is nothing to copy: no API key, no secret, no token and no webhook URL. You link the store to your Linkit organization with a one-time code, once, and every Salla app you install in Linkit uses that same connection.
There is no plugin to download. Salla is a SaaS platform, and the Linkit app in the Salla App Store is the whole integration on Salla's side.
The apps
All of them share one store connection. Install only the ones you need, in any order.

Connect your store (about two minutes)
- Install the Linkit app in Salla. In your Salla dashboard, open the App Store, search for Linkit and install it. Salla connects the app to Linkit by itself.
- Create a connection code in Linkit. In Linkit, open App Store, choose any Salla app and press Install. Press Continue to connect store, then Create connection code. The code works once and expires after 30 minutes.
- Paste the code in Salla. Back in Salla, open the Linkit app's settings, paste the code into the Linkit connection code field and save.
- Select the store. The Linkit step notices within a few seconds that the store is connected and selects it for you (or press Check again).
- Map your branches — once per store. Choose which Linkit branches serve this store and match each to a Salla branch, then save. Optionally add a SKU whitelist or product mappings. These rules are saved on the store connection, so the other Salla apps reuse them.
- Finish the wizard. Every other Salla app you install afterwards needs only step 4.
Salla Catalog
Salla Catalog creates products in your Salla store for the items you stock in Linkit that the store does not have yet. A product is matched by its SKU (your Linkit item code): if the SKU is already in the store, that product is left exactly as it is. Nothing that exists in Salla is updated, and nothing is created twice. You don't need Image Fetcher installed.
Buy enriched product data: 1 SAR per product (plus VAT)
For each product you can buy its enriched data from the Linkit master catalogue. It is paid from the same prepaid wallet Image Fetcher uses, and it includes:
- the Arabic name, the Arabic and English descriptions and short descriptions;
- SEO title, description and keywords;
- category, brand, tags and attributes, and weight;
- all of the product's images from the master catalogue.
What is sent without a purchase
The product is created from your own data only: your names, the English name, SKU, price and stock. No images are sent. Anything in your product that is exactly the same as the master catalogue (ignoring case, spacing, HTML, Arabic diacritics and tatweel) is held back, because that is the data you would buy. Fields that are genuinely your own, and different from the master catalogue, are sent. Images you already bought in Image Fetcher for a product count as bought and are sent with it. A product whose only name is the master catalogue's Arabic name, with no English name of its own, is skipped until you add an English name or buy its data.

Buy before you create. A product already in your Salla store is never changed, so buying its data afterwards does not update it.
How to use it
- Install Salla Catalog on the store the same way as the other Salla apps (the connection code step is shared, so a store you already connected is one click).
- On the installed app, open Configuration and choose how new products are created: Hidden (the default, so you can review them in Salla first) or On sale, the most products per run (1 to 5,000, default 500), whether to create only items in stock, and whether new items are created automatically on the install's sync schedule (06:00 every day unless you change it).
- On the Manual tab, the Preview shows how many products the next run creates, how complete they are, how many will be sent with images, and sample products with the exact data that would be sent to Salla, including what is held back and what buying would add. Whether a SKU is already in Salla is checked when the run starts.
- Press Buy enriched data if you want the products filled in from the master catalogue. The confirmation shows the subtotal, VAT, total and your wallet balance before anything is charged. You can also buy a single product from the results list.
- Press Create products in Salla. The run keeps going if you leave the page. Its results list every product with what happened to it, and Retry failed products tries the failed ones again.
Prescription-only products are left out unless you turn on Include prescription-only products, and items with no price are skipped.
One organization, several stores
- One Linkit organization can connect several Salla stores. Install each app once per store.
- Each Salla store belongs to exactly one Linkit organization. Its orders, stock, insights and settings never reach another organization.
- Tokens, rate limits, sync schedules and caches are kept per store connection, so one busy store cannot slow down or interfere with another.
